Repair Policy
Ayala Bar jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty, which means your item may be repaired at any time. For all other products, we offer a 30 day repair policy. Should your jewelry need repair please email us prior to returning your item for a Repair Authorization number. Please include a detailed explanation of the problem. Repairs beyond 30 days will be handled on a case by case basis, we will do our best to address your issue. In most cases, shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
