Buy with confidence!  We offer a 30 days return policy. Please email us before returning merchandise for your Return Authorization code.  Items should be returned using a trackable insured service.  Please send the original receipt with the return authorization code within 30 days for a full store credit, excluding shipping and handling costs.  Your store credit will appear on your store account, and will be available for future purchases automatically.  Shipping costs both ways are the responsibility of the buyer. Repair Policy

Ayala Bar jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty, which means your item may be repaired at any time.  For all other products, we offer a 30 day repair policy. Should your jewelry need repair please email us prior to returning your item for a Repair Authorization number.  Please include a detailed explanation of the problem.  Repairs beyond 30 days will be handled on a case by case basis, we will do our best to address your issue.  In most cases, shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
