How to return: There is nothing to arrange in advance. Your order number is your return authorization code. Ship the item back to us with a note that includes your order number and whether you would like a refund, store credit or an exchange. An exchange can be for anything in our store.
Items must be unworn, with the original label still attached. Return postage is paid by the customer, and we recommend a trackable, insured service. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Store credit appears in your store account, ready for your next purchase.
